Calendula ointment

What used to be a long-standing household remedy is now a valuable regenerative ointment offering care and protection for the skin. Even ancient herbal books described calendula ointment (Ringelblumensalbe) as an ideal remedy in inflammations, varicose veins, bruises and burns.

After many years of research and development (without using animal experiments) we have managed to produce an genuinely new calendula ointment formula that contains no mineral oil or silicone components and is free of any animal substances. The high degree of effectiveness of the formula is achieved thanks to the use of calendula oil, allantoin (the active substance in comfrey roots), hamamelis extract, active substances of the camomile, carrot oit, vitamin E of natural origin and vegetable moisturisers. Calendula ointment activates the cell regeneration of overtired and sensitive skin and reduces the irritant effect of external influences. At the same time the regulation of the fa/water balance and protection against premature skin ageing is supported. Calendula ointment is soft and smooth when aplied, is easy to spread and is fully absorbed by the skin – without leaving a greasy film.
